Training Background and Goals

Once signed up, your coach will email you to get your goals, training history, injury history, and schedule a call to go over your training plan and what to expect.

Plan Delivery

Training plans are delivered via the Training Peaks app on a weekly basis. Your coach reads through information at the end of each week to decide how to build onto the plan the following week.

Runners signed for for any training plan have the ability to come to group sessions. They are not mandatory to be at, but if you'd like some training friends, it's a good place to be.
